In the summer of 2000, Mayor Daley transformed the roof top of Chicago's City Hall into a green oasis that cools and filters the air, and provides a habitat for migratory birds and butterflies. Since 2003, thanks to some dedicated beekeepers, the roof top garden has also been home to bees which pollinate the nearby flowers and produce the wonderful honey in this jar. Enjoy!
